As a manufacturer, our customers' individual requirements matter to us. Once the desired product has been drawn in detail, we build and adjust a model in 3D CAD software with the required dimensions: the length of the nipper, the cutting length of the blade and the choice between double and single spring.

From blank to finished product
Handwork through to the perfect grind
To this day, our nippers are finished to the perfect cut by staff with many years of experience in skilled craftsmanship.
Quality control
Every finished nipper from our production is checked by specialists for material fatigue or other defects. Each nipper also has to pass a so-called "stress test" of its cutting performance and is then packed individually in a case.
