How long does shipping take?

Our delivery time within Germany is 1–3 business days. Outside of Germany, delivery times vary depending on the country. We ship directly from our warehouse in Solingen (North Rhine-Westphalia) exclusively with DHL and DPD; for orders under €50, we prefer to use standard mail. Every order is trackable.

Why don't we offer free shipping or returns?

To maintain consistently fair prices, shipping is free for orders over €25. In case of material defects or poor quality, we will refund the full purchase price, including shipping costs. For returns due to dissatisfaction, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping costs.

What material are our instruments made of?

Rustproof, sterilizable stainless steel, nickel-free (allergy-friendly). Handmade and hand-sharpened.
