The RUCK Pop-Art Long-Life files are durable files for nail care. The dual grit allows shaping and smoothing with a single file – the coarse side shortens and shapes, the fine side smooths the nail edge.

Which version suits you: The straight shape is the classic file for fingernails and toenails. The trapezoid shape has a wider working surface and removes material more powerfully. As for the grit: 100/180 for shortening and pre-shaping strong nails, 180/240 for shaping and for the finish.
