Eine qualitative Zange gekauft, aber sie schloss nach dem Knips nicht mehr (kann mal vorkommen).
Eine Mail geschrieben, kein Problem, eine neue einwandfreie bekommen und die defekte Zange in den mitgeschickten Umschlag heute zurück geschickt.
Die Zange ist bei meinen harten Nägel supi.
