DOVO BISMARCK Ebony – 6/8" Straight Razor

The DOVO BISMARCK Ebony (No. 2) is a masterpiece of classic Solingen blacksmithing. The 6/8" blade, made of high-carbon silver steel (1.2210) , is hollow ground and achieves a hardness of approximately 61 HRC – ideal for a smooth, close shave. Elaborately decorated gold ornaments (24 karat) and the solid ebony handle give this straight razor an impressive feel and a superior shaving experience.

Application & Care:

1. Pull on the leather strop before each shave.
2. Prepare skin with warm water, pre-shave & foam.
3. Shave at a shallow angle (~30°) and with minimal pressure.
4. Rinse after use, dry completely and lightly oil carbon steel regularly.
5. Store in a dry place; protect the wooden handle from standing water.
