Niyok Oil Pulling Lemongrass & Ginger, 200 ml – mouth oil based on organic coconut oil, with a complex of essential oils. Tastes subtly of lemongrass with a refreshing note of ginger.

Directions

• Pull through the spaces between your teeth for 5 to 10 minutes in the morning or evening
• Then spit into a tissue and dispose of in household waste – not down the sink
• Shake before use
