Thinning scissors (texturising shears), 15.2 cm
The thinning scissors have one serrated and one straight blade. They therefore do not cut off the whole strand, but only part of the hair – the volume is thinned out, hard edges are softened and the transition between the lengths becomes fluid. Made of forged, hardened and stainless steel.

Use
Place the scissors in the middle section of the strand, not directly at the tip, and cut once or twice. Working the same spot too often removes too much volume.
