  • Assortment Fig. 1/2/5/10 – 20 pieces (item 2007801): starter set in carbon steel in an economical version with four blade shapes for different fold widths.
  • Set, stainless steel (item 2015501): professional set in stainless steel, 12.8 cm, individually sterile packed, manufactured in Europe to European standards.
